WorryTree has been designed to help you record and manage your worries on the go through a simple, secure app. Based on recognised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, WorryTree takes you through a series of questions and decision steps once you've noticed that you're worrying about something.
WorryTree helps you to build the habit of asking yourself, what are you worrying about right now?
We'll help you to decide whether your worry is something that can be resolved or something you have no control over.
Then you can create an action plan for taking control of your worry or find ways to distract yourself from your anxious thoughts.

As well as regular updates to fix bugs and gremlins, we're currently working on the next version of WorryTree and a premium version that will be available at a low monthly cost.
