WorryTree Guided Workbook

£10.00

Our WorryTree Guided Workbook is an interactive downloadable journal helping you to build a consistent, long-term practice to manage your worried thoughts.

You’ll work through a series of self-guided exercises based on what we’ve learned about worry and anxiety over the years. With this 69-page journal we’ve also included some of our printable worry, uncertainty and gratitude journaling pages so that you can print as many copies of those as you like.

This self-guided journal is for you if:

  • You’re looking for some simple ideas on how to manage your worrying and over-thinking based on the experience of someone who has been a long-term worrier

  • You’ve had CBT in the past and need a little refresh on some of the techniques or you’ve struggled to maintain them even though you know they’ve helped

  • You want to be able to make a plan for dealing with a situation you’ve been worrying about

  • You’re committed to changing your thought habits for the benefit of your mental health and future you!

This self-guided journal is not:

  • A substitute for professional mental health care

  • A complex guide with lots of information and health advice - we’ve written this based on our own experiences and kept it simple, because simple and practical is how we roll

  • Written by a qualified therapist - if you’re worrying is severe and you’re suffering from symptoms of anxiety please speak to your GP or another mental health professional for help

  • A magic wand - Real habit change will only happen if you commit to regularly catching, recording and problem-solving your worries.

“Simple, not overpowering, gives plenty of your own personal experience which is always a winner and is just from the heart and feels exactly like the shit I put myself through... Then the whole workbook and short paragraphs of advice/information are accessible and easily readable.” Anonymous Reader.
